Suganthi Sivasubramaniam is the head of Business Services, the operational shared services arm of the Office of Finance at Griffith University. The unit is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance department, providing transactional services in the areas of revenue, procure to pay and logistics as well as strategic procurement and grants administration. Suganthi is responsible for the unit’s strategic direction and ensuring an agile, customer focused and sustainable operating model.

Suganthi has extensive experience in finance and shared services roles, having run large shared services accounting teams across Asia Pacific with a significant focus on client management, performance improvement and business transformation. Suganthi is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
