Enjoying a successful career in management, I have held a number of leadership and management roles where particular focus has been on developing and leading high performing teams, providing expertise in business management, process improvement, customer, corporate and service delivery. All within a change environment and I have been successful in shaping and ensuring an embedded culture of achievement and process improvement guaranteeing there is added value to the organisation. I am skilled in managing material resources, finance and peoples needs.

I am an experienced executive manager specialising in development of multi-partner strategies, managing visions and purpose, business planning, issues management, stakeholder engagement, and determining business risk and resolutions.

I am people-oriented and a pragmatic professional, an innovative and proactive thinker, skilled in operating at a senior operational and strategic level. My previous experiences has created both opportunity and need for developing experienced management methods and building engagement across a diverse range of activities.

I bring excellent stakeholder management skills and customer relationship approaches that foster trust and dependability. My strength is that I am a creative and agile thinker with solution focused problem solving skills. My proven ability to influence and work along side other business units to ensure buy-in and my ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholder, have prepared me well to work alongside engaged senior management teams who wish to see their strategic vision and operational objectives achieved.
