Here’s a start:
- What are the Australian and NZ companies and Governments doing to catch up or indeed advance the cause of shared services?
- What are the main issues that are considered as obstacles in the region and what are the advantages that may be propelling the topic forward?
- Is this about statistics or is it instead about sharing success stories and learning from our mistakes?
- Does this regional market have to go hand in hand with the rest of the world and what are the indicators that will enable us to answer this question?
- What are the advantages for the ANZ market in staying up with the global market trends in shared services and outsourcing? Does it attract more capital investment? Does it provide solutions or savings of a scale not seen before?
